Puerto Rico Bio Bay Trips
You shouldn't leave Puerto Rico without visiting one of the world's very few biolumiscent bays! Trips can be by boat or, if you are feeling adventurous, by kayak. The luminescence in the bay is caused by a micro-organism which glows whenever the water is disturbed, leaving a trail of neon blue. Bio Bays are found in Fajardo, Vieques and La Parguera. This is one of the best things to do in Puerto Rico!
FAJARDO
Enjoy two full hours in your two person kayak being lead by a First Aid and CPR trained marine biologist traveling through our mangrove forests into Laguna Grande. Tour includes insect repellent, life jackets, safety gear, photos, snacks and refreshments.
We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes for after the tour.

Need Transportation?
Transportation is available for many activities in Puerto Rico from many locations in the San Juan metro area for $20 per person.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations done by 6:00 pm on the day before your tour are free of charge. If a cancellation occurs after this time, the full amount will be charged on the day of the tour to the credit card provided. The tour is not cancelled on rainy days, it is still safe and the water still glows under the rain. If the tour needs to be cancelled for severe weather conditions, we will contact the client and no charges will be made. Reservations done on the same day are final. Clients showing up later than the meeting time will not be accepted and will be charged for the full amount. Spaces reserved by the client and not used at last minute will be considered as a cancellation and the client will pay the space reserved at the regular rate of $51.36 per person.
